Terms of Use — CRYSTALIZE™

CRYSTALIZE documents acquisition and integrity. It does not determine legal admissibility or evidentiary weight.

1. Description of the service

CRYSTALIZE helps preserve a single webpage (or supported uploaded documents where enabled) as a downloadable Evidence Package with integrity metadata, after preview and explicit confirmation. It is not an autonomous crawler and does not monitor people.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for credentials, OAuth linking, lawful use of your account, and for keeping contact details accurate.

3. Acceptable use & third-party content

You must have a lawful right or legitimate interest to preserve the target content. CRYSTALIZE must not be used to bypass authentication, paywalls, access controls, or other technical protections, or to scrape or acquire content in violation of third-party terms or applicable law.

4. Capture scope

Only the webpage identified by the submitted URL is captured. Other pages of the site are not acquired automatically. Resources required to represent the captured page may be included.

5. ChatGPT integration

When used via ChatGPT, tools run under OAuth scopes you approve. Capabilities reflect entitlements already available on the connected account. ChatGPT does not sell CRYSTALIZE credits or subscriptions inside the chat.

6. Credits / payment (platform)

Account plans, credits, and payments — if any — are administered on the Sirius Detector / CRYSTALIZE platform outside ChatGPT, under the applicable platform billing terms. Failures, refunds, and unlocks follow those terms.

7. Evidence Package limitations

Packages document technical acquisition and integrity signals. They do not certify substantive truth, completeness of third-party sites, or court admissibility. Verification Transparency explains technical VERIFIED status only.

8. Service availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features marked coming soon or private beta may change.

9. Intellectual property

CRYSTALIZE™ software, brands, and documentation are proprietary to Intelsirius S.r.l. Unauthorized copying or reverse engineering is prohibited.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion subject to legal retention.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intelsirius is not liable for user-supplied content, unlawful use, third-party site changes, or decisions made solely on package outputs. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

Italian law applies, subject to mandatory rules. Courts of Arezzo (Italy) have jurisdiction where permitted; consumers may use courts of their residence when required by law.
