Terms of Use — CRYSTALIZE™

CRYSTALIZE certifies the technical process and package integrity — not the substantive truth of content.

CRYSTALIZE™ provides digital evidence preservation / a verifiable digital record. It is not automatic legal proof and is not a substitute for counsel or court procedure.

1. Nature of the service

CRYSTALIZE™ is a technical infrastructure for digital evidence preservation. It does not browse the internet autonomously, monitor people, or replace investigative judgment.

2. Limits of certification

The service does not verify truthfulness, lawfulness or completeness of third-party content. Attestation covers technical integrity of the acquired package (hash, structure, declared process metadata).

3. What is attested (technical)

• Existence of the result/attachments in the declared process at a given time
• Cryptographic integrity of received data / generated package
• Consistency with the active protocol
• Where included: timestamp / signature status without extending attestation to facts narrated

4. ChatGPT captures

Public web captures and Capture Agent flows require explicit user confirmation after Preview. No autonomous capture.

5. User responsibilities

• Lawfulness of collected data and applicable law (including GDPR)
• Accuracy of metadata supplied
• Use of exports; the technical reference remains the official package

6. Legal use

Packages may support documentation workflows. Admissibility and legal weight remain for competent authorities and professionals. The system does not automatically guarantee legal validity in every jurisdiction.

7. AI systems

Where AI is used, CRYSTALIZE may document declared process parameters; it does not guarantee reproducibility of non-deterministic model outputs. See AI transparency.

8. Limitation of liability

CRYSTALIZE is not responsible for user-supplied content, unlawful use, disputes about certified content, or alterations after delivery outside service controls.

9. Intellectual property

CRYSTALIZE™ is a proprietary system of Intelsirius S.r.l. Unauthorized replication, reverse engineering or competitive reuse is prohibited. The name CRYSTALIZE and variants are protected distinctive signs.

10. Governing law

Italian law applies, subject to mandatory rules. Competent forum as provided by applicable law / Sirius platform terms.
